  Buena Vista Ranch is a 400 acre assemblage of three parcels in incorporated Surprise, AZ identified, planned, and entitled by True West on behalf of an investment client. The properties were assembled in 2004, and rezoned and platted to yield 1062 residential units. The property was sold to a master planned community developer in mid 2007. True West played a leading role among neighboring land owners in securing development agreements with the City of Surprise for the construction of sewer and water treatment plants to serve Buena Vista Ranch, Surprise Ranch (see below) and other neighboring projects.

  Surprise Ranch is a 200 acre assemblage of seven parcels in incorporated Surprise, AZ, identified, planned, and entitled by True West on behalf of an investment client. The properties were assembled in 2004 and rezoned and platted for 623 residential units.

  Crossroads Ranch
  Crossroads Ranch, Yavapai County, Arizona: One of the state's first high end 36+ acre ranch developments, Crossroads Ranch was acquired, planned, developed, marketed, and sold under the direction of Peter Gooding as President of the western division of Bluegreen Corporation (NYSE:BXG). The ranch was developed with underground utilities, individual wells, and engineered roads.

  Mogollon Ranch
  Mogollon Ranch, Coconino County, Arizona: A development of 135 five+ acre residential parcels was acquired, entitled, developed, marketed, and sold under the direction of Peter Gooding as President of the western division of Bluegreen Corporation. The property, completely surrounded by the Coconino National Forest, was developed with paved roads, overhead electricity and telephone, and a 19 well water system.

  Pine Canyon, Coconino County, Arizona: A development of 245 one to one and half acre residential lots developed by Harvard Investments. True West Realty was engaged to handle all marketing and sales efforts through the close of the development. The gated community adjacent to the Coconino National Forest was improved with paved roads, underground electricity and telephone, a water system, and a clubhouse.
  
  Pine Canyon
  
  Litchfield Farms
  Litchfield Farms, Litchfield Park, Arizona: A development of 145 one acre parcels developed by True West on behalf of a private investor client. True West identified the opportunity and secured the property's entitlement, development, marketing, and ultimate sale. The property was sold in three phases; a national public home builder purchased the first two phases in bulk before completion, True West Realty sold the last phase directly to retail buyers. The entire project, from acquisition to final sale, was completed in three years.
